Histon & Impington Recreation Ground

The Recreation Ground is run by a management committee of the Parish Councils of Histon and Impington. It's located off New Road Impington, near the junction with the B1049. Access is from New Road - see Google Location Map

To support the development & Rec activities, there is a community fund raising group, Friends of the Recreation Ground, organising village events, helping with the project development and promoting the use of the Rec. The Friends are a registered Charity 1100193.

General Recreation Ground Use         

Commercial use of ground for training courses etc. in agreed designated area with changing rooms:
£7.50 per hour, plus £7.50 per changing room

Commercial use of ground for training courses etc. in agreed designated area without changing rooms:
£7.50 per hour

If markings required additional charge £10.00
Hire of Changing Room only £5.00 per changing room 

RECREATION CENTRE HIRE
Refundable Deposit (discretionary)  £250.00

Hourly Charge for Village Organisations, Charities, Village Residents and Schools £15.00

Hourly Charge for Commercial Use – Businesses, public bodies, Non-Village Residents £20.00

Hourly Charge for Recreation Ground Sport, Exercise Initiatives and Sports Club Fundraising Events £10.00

Caretaker charge:   Weekend  £12.50/Weekday  £ 5.00

Users of ALL the above facilities MUST hold the appropriate ticket.  The proper footwear MUST be worn for Tennis, Bowls and Hard Courts (NO STUDS OR BLADES).

These regulations supersede all those previously in force and may be amended by the Committee at any time.
